Effective Justice - Model Court Initiative in Moldova (MCI) Project: RFQ # 2004-03-007 for Provision of IT equipment (Voice and video modification equipment for conducting hearings under special conditions for witnesses) for Chisinau District Court, Buiucani Office 

Dexis Consulting Group (Dexis), an international consulting company based in Washington D.C., USA, is currently implementing the USAID-funded Effective Justice- Model Court Initiative in Moldova (MCI). The goal of the MCI project is to assist the Government of Moldova to implement initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency, performance, and quality of court services based on best international practices and in line with international excellence standards for court services.

Dexis Consulting Group is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Provision of IT equipment (Voice and video modification equipment for conducting hearings under special conditions for witnesses) for Chisinau District Court, Buiucani Office. The attached RFQ contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by Dexis in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ.  Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.  

Offer Deadline and Submission: Offers must be received no later than 17:00 local time on November 28, 2022 by email to moldova@dexisonline.com.  

Please reference the RFQ number in any response to this RFQ. Offers received after the specified time and date will be considered late and will be considered only at the discretion of Dexis.

Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 17:00 local time on November 24, 2022 by email to moldova@dexisonline.com.
