Background
The Eastern European Coalition for LGBT+ Equality (EECLGBT) invites qualified consultants or organizations to submit proposals for the design and delivery of an online, practice-oriented training on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
This training is part of EECLGBT’s broader efforts to equip its members with modern, practical tools that enhance communication, coordination and organizational effectiveness.
Objective of the Assignment
The objective of the assignment is to deliver a hands-on, skills-oriented AI training that enables participants to effectively use AI tools in their daily work, particularly in:
- Organizational and public communication
- Logistics and coordination of activities and events
- Workflow optimization and routine task automation
- Setting up and using AI-based assistants for civil society needs
The training should focus on practical application, accessibility for non-technical users and responsible use of AI in civil society contexts. Applicants are welcome to submit their own topics and training proposals.
Scope of Services
The selected service provider will be responsible for:
- Designing a tailored training modul adapted to the needs of civil society organizations;
- Delivering a 1-day online training (approximately 5–7 hours), with the possibility to:
- conduct it as one full day, or
- split it into two half-day sessions;
- Ensuring a strong practical component, including live demonstrations and guided exercises;
- Facilitating interactive discussions and participant engagement.
Additional Services
The provider should also indicate availability and rates for additional consultative hours, which may be used after the training for:
- Individual or group consultations;
- Support with setting up AI assistants or workflows;
- Follow-up guidance tailored to participants’ organizational needs.

Profile of the Service Provider
The service provider should demonstrate:
- Proven experience in delivering AI-related or digital skills trainings;
- Experience working with civil society organizations, NGOs or international organizations;
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical, user-friendly guidance;
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills in English;
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.

Estimated Assignment Period
