UNICEF RFP 9177381, Re-advertised: Assess end-line results for the 2018-2022 Country Programme indicators related to justice for children

UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit their proposals for providing technical support to assess end-line results for the 2018-2022 Country Programme indicators related to justice for children.

The purpose of the contract is to provide disaggregated data and conduct an end-line assessment through comparing and analysing the findings in relation to the 2018 baseline assessment, for the following 2018-2022 Country Programme indicators:

  • Proportion of prosecutors, police, judges and lawyers believing in successful social re-integration of children offenders and children victims and witnesses of crimes;
  • Proportion of members of the general public believing in successful social re-integration of children offenders and children victims and witnesses of crimes.
  • To achieve the objective of the assignment the company will provide opinion research services, based on the methodology used for the Baseline assessment, conducted in 2018. The proposed methodology is a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.
